If you receive a notification that material you posted on the Site has been removed or access to it has been disabled, and you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification ("Counter-Notice") with us. To be effective, a Counter-Notice must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes the following:
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will promptly provide the person who provided the original Notice with a copy of the Counter-Notice and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days. We will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days following receipt of the Counter-Notice, unless our Designated Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the original Notice that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system or network.
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, MicroDealRoom has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at MicroDealRoom's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. MicroDealRoom may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
