Account Information:

• Name and email address when you create an account
• Encrypted password (we never store passwords in plain text)
• Plan and subscription status
• Billing information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store full payment card details)

Deal & CRM Data:

• Property addresses, deal types, financial data, and highlights you enter
• Property images and documents you upload
• Buyer/lead contact information captured through the lead gate feature
• Notes and details related to your deals and pipeline

Lead Information:

• When a lead gate is enabled on your deal, viewers may submit their name, email address, and phone number
• This data is collected on your behalf and stored in your account

Technical Information:

• IP address and browser type for security purposes
• Usage data to improve the product
• Cookies for session authentication
• Deal page view and download analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the MicroDealRoom platform
• To authenticate your account and maintain your session
• To generate deal packages (deal pages, PDF reports, Word documents)
• To process subscription payments via Stripe

All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Bcrypt password hashing (minimum 12 rounds)
• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted database connections
• JWT-based session management with secure secrets
• All data queries are scoped to authenticated user accounts

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

• Your deal packages, deal data, leads, and uploaded content are permanently deleted
• Stripe maintains billing records as required by law
• We may retain anonymised, aggregated data for analytics and product improvement

Leads collected through the lead gate are stored in your account and are deleted when you remove them or when your account is deleted.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to correct inaccurate data
• Right to delete your account and associated data
• Right to export your data
• Right to object to certain data processing
